About the Artist
Jane Meeks is an accomplished artist residing in Vero Beach, Florida who sees her art as an unconscious dialogue between beauty and the human soul. She holds a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, and has been in a private practice in Vero Beach for over twenty years.
Jane’s artwork illuminates the darkness in and around us with glimpses of Light from our Creator. This is conveyed both realistically through landscapes and nature, and symbolically through objects and imagery content.
The BabyScapes imagery inspired Jane to write a Biblically based 7 week study titled “The Next Step”. Through this study, those living in the darkness of loss of their unborn children, journey into the light of God’s love and forgiveness with a new hope for their future. See “Book” tab above.
